Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return address. Please note customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We advise customers to have their item tracked as they are responsible for the item when returning. You will receive a confirmation by email once your item for return has been received and processed.
Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we have received your item(s).
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange a particular item, please return your original item for a refund and place another order.
