Return Policy
Personalized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally don't accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. However, we are willing to review all cases.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@moonandback.ie. Briefly describe the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@moonandback.ie. We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
We'll happily issue a full refund for the cost of the item, original shipping and return shipping if your return qualifies under our return policy.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receiving and inspecting your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@moonandback.ie.
Exchanges
We'd be happy to exchange your item for a different size or product (subject to availability) if your return qualifies under our return policy. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
